How to request deletion
Send an email from, or clearly identify, the phone number associated with your Whizz Driver account. Use the subject Delete Whizz Driver Account.

What will be deleted
After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with the account, including profile information, uploaded verification information, vehicle information, and other account-linked personal data, except where retention is legitimately required.
What may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, disputes, financial or trip records, or applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
In-app deletion
Whizz Driver should also provide a readily discoverable account-deletion option or link from within the app's account/settings area.
